Video call or in-person viewing can be arranged where practical. For international buyers, the listing media is the primary inspection; we do not rush a sale on a stone you have not had time to judge.
Agree price and invoice
Price is fixed in conversation, then confirmed on invoice. Listed prices on the site are guides where shown; final agreement is always confirmed before payment.
Shipping and export
Sri Lanka buyers: four island shipping options, economy courier (not insured), insured post, secured express, or free collection by appointment. After confirmed payment we aim to release the stone to your chosen carrier within 2 business days. Release means handover to the courier or post office only, not delivery to your address. Four island options: standard courier (not insured, LKR 400–500), registered insured post (LKR 800–1,200), secured express via Pronto or SITREK (LKR 2,500–3,500), or free collection by appointment. See our local delivery guide. International buyers: export through licensed NGJA channels, we quote stone plus export, freight, insurance, and your estimated import charges before you pay. Returns are handled case by case, see our returns policy guide.
Returns
Natural stones are one-offs. We handle questions after sale case by case, not as open returns for colour preference or change of mind. Use listing video as your inspection; we review genuine misrepresentation individually.
Expectations
Natural stones vary. Inclusions, zoning, and slight colour shift between daylight and warm light are normal. We describe what we see; your jeweller's mount and your lighting will still change how the stone reads on the hand.
Some stones sell through timed live auctions on the site rather than fixed-price WhatsApp inquiry. Pick a price tier, submit your bid, and the highest tier wins when the countdown ends. How auctions work: press here .
